Together with our Terms of Use and Cookie Policy, this document explains how we collect and handle your personal information on GLAMI, the mobile app and other of our services. You can always find the current version of the terms on this page.

We are transparent

We will only collect, use and share your information in the ways described in this policy.

We ensure the security of your information

We are committed to maintaining the security of the personal information you provide to us.

You still have control over your data

You can update your personal information and communication settings at any time. Upon your request, we will delete your personal information.

1. What data do we process?

1.1. Data provided by customers. At GLAMI we process personal information about users. Primarily, we process personal data that you provide to us when registering for GLAMI. This includes, in particular, your email address, name, and gender. If you wish, you can also provide additional information, such as a photo, current location, interests in the service, or other information.

1.3. Facebook data. If you use the Facebook social network to register, GLAMI will also give you access to your public profile, date of birth, current whereabouts, Facebook friends list and email address. Your Facebook profile includes your first and last name, profile picture, age category, gender, and other public information based on your settings.

1.4. Data collected through cookies. GLAMI uses information about the goods that our customers have purchased to better target their advertising campaigns and improve their product and service offerings. If you have consented to the use of cookies in your browser and you agree to their use, GLAMI obtains information about your visit to the website, the products you browse and other activity on the website.

1.5. GLAMI does not collect or otherwise process any sensitive personal information, including, for example, your health status, religion or belief, etc.

2. For what purposes do we process the data?

2.1. GLAMI primarily uses an e-mail address to offer our products and promote GLAMI in the form of commercial messages sent to users. In this case, processing is only based on your consent, which is completely voluntary, and even if you do not grant it, you can still fully use our website. You grant GLAMI consent during registration or entering your email address or later in your user account settings. Please note that only persons over 15 years of age may register for GLAMI. You can revoke your consent at any time by clicking the appropriate link in any commercial message or user account settings.

2.2. In order to better target advertising and promotion, GLAMI uses cookies to process information about website visits, products viewed and other website activity. Processing is only possible with your consent to the use of the relevant cookies. This consent is also completely voluntary. Usually, GLAMI receives statistics, analyzes and reports on user behavior based on the data provided. They can be used to better target your ad or customize the content of your website to what you are really interested in and what you are looking for, or in general to a larger group of users. In this case, the processing of personal data is usually automated. For more information about cookies, see our Cookie Policy.

3. Withdrawal of consent and cancellation of commercial communications

GLAMI users can opt out of commercial communications at any time by:

  • by clicking the appropriate link at the bottom of each commercial message; or

5. How long do we process data?

If we no longer have a reason or legal obligation to process your data, we will delete it or store it in a way that does not allow us to identify you.

5.2. Commercial communications are sent to users for as long as they agree to receive them. GLAMI processes the data obtained for marketing purposes through cookies for the entire duration of the consent to the use of cookies, ie for as long as you allow the storage of cookies in your browser. Or, pending an objection to the processing of your data for this purpose.

5.3. Further processing of personal data beyond these deadlines shall be carried out by GLAMI only in so far as it is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the legislation applicable to GLAMI.
